HYDROSEEDING
Hydroseeding can be defined as the process of combining seed, mulch, fertilizer, and healthy soil amendments with water to mix in a tank of hydroseeding machine to form a thick slurry. This slurry is applied with pressure to the surface for seed germination and turf development.
Hydroseeding is the fastest, most cost effective and highest quality method of seeding lawn, landscape and erosion control practices.
The hydroseeding slurry is applied with pressure via hose or tower onto the soil to create the ideal environment for seed germination and turf development. Grass should start to grow within 3-7 days, and the new lawn will be well established within 21 days.
The hydroseeding method has been used in the world since the 1800s and allows planting a high square meter area in a short time.
WHY HYDROSEEDING?
Coverage : Hydroseeding provides a thicker, more uniform lawn that essentially consists of a mat of interlocking fibers creating the ideal growing environment that doesn’t have the threat of seams showing as with sod or sparse, patchy areas with hand seeding.
Water : •With hydroseedings ability to retain up to 10-50 times its weight in water, it’s definitely proved to be the best method for fast, healthy germination, high plant survival and protection of seeds with a moisture sealant. No other method of growing plant has the advantages of when it comes to water retention.
Labor : •One of the major advantages of hydroseeding is simply manpower. In a typical hydroseeding application, one can fully depend on 3 men to accomplish what is would take 6-15 workers to fulfill given the same amount of work time using erosion blankets or sod.

Quatro Peyzaj Mühendislik AŞ. (QUATRO LANDSCAPE AND ENGINEERING CORP.) successfully completed the R&D Processes required for ”Nepp / 2023 Hydroseeding Machine”.
NEPP 2023 Hydroceeding Machine Test Report was prepared by Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture. Also, Ankara University, Faculty of Agriculture is an approved institute by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
NEPP 2300
GC Engineering trademarked the first Hydroseeding Machine in 2017. NEPP 2300 Hydroseeding Machine was completed as a Mechanical Engineer Master’s Project of the owner of the company.
